2025 Call for Young Researchers & Innovator Conference (YRIC) Grants

We are pleased to announce the opening of the 2025 Call for YRIC Grants. Applications are accepted on a continuous basis, with three key cut-off dates for evaluation. Please note that up to 30% of the annual YRICG budget may be allocated in the first round. A formal decision regarding the approval or rejection of the grant application must be communicated prior to the applicant’s attendance at the event where the scientific contribution (oral or poster presentation) will take place.

Call deadlines

  • January 27th, March 24th and June 15th, 2025: Cut-off dates for applications.

  • Two weeks after each cut-off dates: Applicants will be notified of the evaluation outcomes.
  • October 5th, 2025: final date for completing YRICG activities.
