2026 Call for Dissemination Conference (DC) Grants

2026 Call for Dissemination Conference (DC) Grants

We are pleased to announce the opening of the 2026 Call for DC Grants. Applications are accepted on a continuous basis, with three cut-off dates for evaluation. Please note that up to 33% of the annual DCG budget may be allocated during each evaluation round.

Call deadlines

  • January 12th, April 6th and June 15th, 2026: Cut-off dates for applications.
  • Two weeks after each cut-off dates: Applicants will be notified of the evaluation outcomes.
  • October 5th, 2026: final date for completing DCG activities.

Important Note: The evaluation of grant applications and the issuance of a formal decision regarding approval must be completed prior to the applicant’s attendance at the conference where the scientific presentation will occur. Applicants should ensure that their submission is made before the cut-off date preceding the conference they plan to attend. Applications submitted after a cut-off date will be evaluated in the next round, and decisions may not be issued in time for conferences scheduled before that round’s results are announced.
