2025 Call for Dissemination Conference (DC) Grants

We are pleased to announce the opening of the 2025 Call for DC Grants. Applications are accepted on a continuous basis, with three key cut-off dates for evaluation. Please note that up to 30% of the annual DCG budget may be allocated in the first round. A formal decision regarding the approval or rejection of the grant application must be communicated prior to the applicant’s attendance at the event where the scientific contribution (oral or poster presentation) will take place.

Call deadlines

  • January 27th, March 24th and June 15th, 2025: Cut-off dates for applications.
  • Two weeks after each cut-off dates: Applicants will be notified of the evaluation outcomes.
  • October 5th, 2025: final date for completing DCG activities.

How to apply

Follow these steps to submit your application:

  1. Review the Guidelines: Carefully read the TENET DCG Guidelines before applying.
  2. Prepare the required documents:
    • Complete the TENET DC Grant Application Form and save it as a PDF document.
    • Copy of the abstract of the accepted oral presentation.
    • Acceptance mail or invitation letter from the conference organizer committee, confirming the oral presentation.
    • Copy of the information sheet of the conference.
    • Letter of Support from the applicant’s supervisor (in case of PhD students and post-docs).
    • Updated CV in e-COST profile
  3. Submit your application:
    • Log in to your e-COST profile (or create one if you don’t have an account).
    • Complete the electronic application form available here.

After the DCG

  • Get the Certificate of attendance to the conference and a copy of the program of the conference.
  • Prepare Your Report: Use the TENET DCG Report Template to draft your report.
  • Submit the Report: Upload the completed report to e-COST no later than 30 days after the activity’s conclusion, 15 days from the end date of the Grant Period, or, within a shorter timeframe if requested by the Grant Holder or Grant Awarding Coordinator to meet reporting deadlines.
  • Capture the Moment: Take photos during the conference to share on TENET’s social media. Personal posts on your own social media are also encouraged—please refer to the Guidelines for details.
