INVITATION
We are pleased to invite you to the 2nd TENET COST General Meeting to be held on 17th September 2024 in Aalborg.
The meeting will feature parallel sessions for Working Groups (WGs) and a Management Committee (MC) meeting. The WG sessions will provide an opportunity to report on the status of various tasks, including the development of a research agenda and the preparation of position and review papers. The MC meeting will review the action’s progress and set objectives and activities for the next grant period.
Our goal for this General Meeting is to continue gathering information from the community engaged in tendon-related research across various disciplines. We aim to include stakeholders, patients, and healthcare professionals in defining a comprehensive research agenda. Additionally, we will focus on developing and implementing a communication and dissemination plan and begin drafting reviews and reports that will help standardize and homogenize future research in this field.
We look forward to your participation and valuable contributions to ensure the success of this initiative.

TRAVEL EXPENSES REIMBURSEMENT ELIGIBILITY
Only TENET members will be eligible for travel expense reimbursement, following the limitations established below:

- Only members of the TENET Management Committee or TENET Core Group will be eligible for travel expense reimbursement, subject to mutual agreement with the other MC member from their respective country.

- Daily allowances will be reimbursed from the day preceding the start of the activity until one day after the activity finishes.

- Incurred long-distance travel expenses will be reimbursed at face value including VAT, up to a maximum of EUR 500, cancellation insurance included, for the roundtrip.

- Invitations to participants will be issued via e-COST. Participants must accept the e-COST invitation within two weeks. Participants must register for attendance and sign the official attendance list.
Please note that, according to COST rules, stopovers longer than 24 hours during travel are not allowed.
